Hotel
The Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is the official hotel for the conference. Located a short walk from the Mass Mutual Center, we have been able to secure a special room rate of $119 per night. You must book your room before October 11th, 2012 for the reduced room rate, and rooms are subject to availability. Most years the hotel block is full before our deadline, so please book your room in advance!
The hotel features a health club, indoor pool, and parking for guests of the hotel will be reduced to $5 per night. The hotel does have a small shop if you forget something important, and it is located in the heart of Springfield, with many stores and restaurants available within walking distance. All rooms are non-smoking.

There are two on-site restaurants, MVP Pub (Open Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 1:00 AM; Friday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 2:00 AM; Sunday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Peter's Grille the Prime Steakhouse (Open Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM; Saturday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM; Sunday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM. Dinner: Friday - Saturday, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
